    Brand Manager

    Job description

    Purpose of the Role:

    To assist Marketing Executive and Marketing Manager with building strong and profitable brands which consumers adore and our customers champion in both the Retail and Food Services channels.

    Key Performance Indicators for this role (but not limited to):

    • Achieve brand volume, value and profit targets
    • Manage Innovation projects from concept to launch, and post launch measurement
    • Strong working relationships with all stakeholders (agencies, media partners, internal teams)
    • Analytically strong using available tools (eg Qlikview, Aztec, Insights) to deliver sustainable brand growth
    • Ensure respective category budgets are effectively allocated and tracked
    • Excellent in-store presence (pricing, packaging, POS, forward share, marketing material)

    Role Capabilities

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability mine data and information, and utilise accordingly
    • Comfortable with communicating and interacting with senior leaders
    • Proven skills and experience in delivering, managing and controlling large projects on time and in full
    • Demonstrated understanding of quality and compliance
    • Good communication skills (both oral and written) and facilitation skills with the ability to work with others to achieve objectives

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • A relevant third level degree in Marketing / Food Science
    • Minimum 3 years FMCG experience on Brand Manager level with previously demonstrated success in this environment – preferably in the food industry
    • Proficient in MS Office and data and market analysis tools – eg Iri Aztec / AC Nielsen
