Job Purpose

To develop products based on business and client needs by doing market research and cost analysis and ensuring implementation of products though project and operational management to achieve Nedbanks deep green aspirations of being a great place to bank.

Main Responsibilities of a Senior Forex

•  Develop the Retail Forex product, pricing, sales, and distribution strategy, and drive
• execution thereof to Retail clients;
•  Formulate marketing and campaign strategies in conjunction with Retail marketing and
• evaluate effectiveness and efficacy;
•  Assess competitor and client needs and develop products and services in an innovative
• and commercially viable manner;
•  Grow the Retail forex franchise in line with Nedbank’s fair share of market;
•  Engage and develop stakeholder relationships across the enterprise that promotes the
• growth and development of the Retail forex business;
•  Lead and develop human capital;
•  Responsible for regulatory compliance of the Retail forex business.

Required qualifications and skills;

    Preferred Qualification

•      B.Comm Honours in Financial Management and/or MBA
•     5-10 years at a strategic level of which 3-5 years is at an operational level in a coporate environment.
