Collate monthly Basic People Data submissions from local markets & create Basic People Data cube
Review Basic People Data submissions, reconcile and resolve any data integrity concerns (or escalate)
Ensure data protection and security requirements are in place and followed for Basic People Data cube submissions, collation and storage. Ensure Basic People Data is available in line with agreed access levels. Provide agreed People data for any group wide People initiatives
Manage the design and implementation of analytics solutions, underpinned by a sound knowledge of Group People Services strategic and operating plans, including the technical build, managing scope, quality and usability of analytical solutions
Translate analytics led business requirements into technical requirements, adopting a creative and problem solving approach with support from the Continuous Improvement Specialists
Support the Manager in designing, developing and implementing relevant metrics and measurements for workforce productivity, ROI, HR programme effectiveness, risk management etc. to improve business results.
Design and implement tools, measures, visualisations and frameworks including production of People Dashboard that optimise the adoption of a data savvy HR culture and insight driven decisions, through the adoption of:
Reporting of metrics to inform business activity monitoring
Must have:
Considerable experience in HR, customer service or related field especially data and analytics
Data integrity passion, planning and organisation skills
Highly analytical and confident in interpreting multiple data sources to inform decision making
Understanding of technical analytics solutions and their capabilities
Understanding of statistical principles and analysis
Ability to translate and convey statistical and other data into easy to understand, actionable recommendations.
Experience in data visualisation
Experience of working with large data sets comprising of both structured and unstructured data
Experience of building reports and visualisations based on open business workforce /people questions Exceptional eye for detail and degree of data accuracy
Experience of working in a fast faced demand led organisation Excellent communicating, influencing and networking skills, able to build strong relationships, rapport and engender trust with various stakeholders in HR in the Group, Regions and across Local Markets, as needed
Sound judgement, decision making and problem solving skills
Proficient in English language, verbal and written
