    Job Description
    Supply Chain Manager - KCP

    SERVICE

    • Drive KCI Planning (local products)/Europe planning (BIGs) team to deliver and exceed agreed service targets.
    • Support forecasting process.

    STOCK

    • Drive KCI Planning (local products)/Europe planning (BIGs) team to deliver target Inventory levels so as to support CCC targets.

    COSTS

    • Drive Logistics team to deliver Distribution Cost targets, continue to lead the ‘step change’ in our Distribution costs.
    • Identify and Lead Distribution Cost Management initiatives to support the delivery of
    • Distribution target.
    • Support GTM/Channel strategy.
    • Work with Category Manager to develop supply chain requirements for recommended
    • Product Strategy, both for locally produced and BIGS.
    • Lead Customer service team ,responsible for coaching/performance feedback and career
    • development. Support the development of initiatives to put the ‘Customer at the heart’.
    • Lead LEAN/Continuous Improvement initiatives, embed within the culture.
    • Drive accountability across the whole organisation and develop sustainable processes/
    • management systems in conjunction with European counterparts.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Degree/Diploma in business/supply chain studies.
    • Experience within Industry 5 years.

    Preferred

    • Degree/Diploma in business/supply chain studies
    • Minimum 6 years experience within FMCG Supply Chain, of at least 2 years in Management role.
    • Team leadership experience.
