    Client Experience Design Specialist

    Job Description

    ROLE PURPOSE

    The purpose of this role is to lead a group of talented multi-skilled professionals to conceptualise and design innovative solutions that address our clients’ life goals. You will design end to end client and adviser experience journeys and verify them by performing experience tests with actual users. This role also includes the opportunity to develop and drive a unique point of view about the ways technology is changing how clients are able to interact with financial services. You will see and experience the results of your hard work as our agile methodology allows us to implement and improve constantly and iteratively.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Concept design: At least 5 years’ experience in projects in a design environment where you led teams through ideation to conceptualisation to development.
    • Client journey design: At least 2 years UX and journey mapping design experience
    • Qualification: Four year qualification with specialisation in human behaviour, innovation and/or system thinking/business analysis or similar
    • A qualification in UX Design or Design Thinking will be an advantage.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

    • Together with the CVP team, develop an in-depth understanding of the target segments - identifying trends, opportunities, threats and environmental influences to spot opportunities for innovation and conceptualise solutions relevant to the target segments.
    • Apply structured thinking to lead, inform, design and test client experience journey maps.
    • Work with the CVP team to develop the user experience tools, materials and interaction concepts based on the end to end client journeys.
    • Co-create the CVP, and the elements that provide depth to the CVP, for the various market segments and ensure market relevance that would ultimately lead to market growth. This includes the communications, advice and client experience design.
    • Lead the concept development and testing phase of CVP solutions to identify new opportunities to satisfy customer needs and improve the overall offering.
    • Analyse client experience and sales volumes to find ways to enhance solutions and client journeys.
