Resource Solutions are offering an exciting opportunity to join our onsite team at one of the worlds largest and most prestigious Investment Banks.
The role would suit a strong administrator / coordinator with ideally at least 2 years experience and who has the ability to juggle multiple tasks and the confidence to liaise with internal stakeholders.
This role will be supportting the UAE therefore please note that the hours are Sunday to Thursday 7am - 4pm SA Time and there will always be a need for office coverage required over December and January.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process by working closely with the recruitment team to make sure that all deadlines are met and procesures are followed correctly
Managing the central mail box in order to respond to queries
Managing candidate applications and information in the internal database
Scheduling interview and booking rooms
Acting as a key point of contact to liaise with the key delivery teams and the Onboarding Team, ensuring seamless hand-offs and focussing on candidate experience
Sending feedback forms to Hiring Manager and candidates at exit in order to support reporting on candidate quality
Assisting with formatting documents and information to be issued to agencies and gaining an understanding of the roles and requirements
Following up with suppliers for both outstanding contracts and references where necessary
Managing external resource extension / renewals process alongside the team members responsible for these candidates (simultaneously monitoring length of assignments and visa limitations and tracking renewal administration)
Maintaining contractor administration, including completion of files for temp / contractor hires and contractor aftercare
Assisting the team with managing the advertising process
Keeping all induction material up-to-date and delivering this to new starters
Ensuring correct data is maintained in the internal system and paper files through regular auditing and archiving
Gain a strong understanding of the Resource Solutions Remit within the client and work as an active team player in the team in achieving objectives and exceeding expectations
Understanding of and work to all SLAs pertaining to the role
