Job Purpose:

Participates in various complex form of Engineering works programme and project management discussions and decision making processes.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Acquires knowledge and applies principles and techniques associated with the development and presentation of technical designs for complex forms of engineering work.
• Applies professional Engineering theoretical principles and learning outcomes to prepare submissions, responses to correspondence and functional reports relating to complex engineering work projects.
• Applies procedures associated with the preparation collation of contract documentation and/ or participating and gaining understanding of the evaluation of tender applications for complex engineering work related to the project.
• Participates in processes associated with the monitoring conformance with broader engineering standards, project deliverables and specifications in respect of complex engineering contracts.

Essential Requirements:

• B.sc plus registration as a Candidate Engineer with ECSA within 3 months of employment. Pass internal assessment.
• Valid motor vehicle drivers licence (Code B or EB).
