- Handling and following up on enquiries (advising on training and converting the enquiries into sales)
- Booking and scheduling of individual and group training sessions, managing the online booking calendar and facilitators’ diaries
- Client management and communication from initial enquiry to bookings to completion of training
- Social media management
- Administration and general running of the office – printing of materials (and maintenance of stock), management of client database and office equipment, organising catering and hiring for all group bookings
