    Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Job description

    As SPAN's Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist you will use your passion and knowledge of Tech Recruitment to become a trusted talent strategist and advisor to our growing tech firm.

    In this role you will:

    • manage the end to end recruitment process for tech roles at SPAN (Software Engineers, QA's, PM's)
    • proactively source, attract and recruit elite software engineers and tech talent, ensuring that the candidate experience is world-class
    • develop market intelligence > talent mapping, pipeline development and competitor analysis
    • understand the current tech landscape / workforce and what drives, motivates and attracts them
    • manage the on-boarding, induction and probationary process for new joiners
    • report on recruitment activity (analytics)
    • undertake administrative tasks for the efficient operation of the recruitment area and Talent Management at large
    • office and facilities management
    • support the Talent Manager with L & D, Culture, Morale & Wellness initiatives, employer branding/marketing, Meetups etc.

    Requirements

    • lives and breathes tech recruitment (if you have substantial experience recruiting Open-source Software Engineers, you'll immediately be shortlisted; just saying)
    • knowledge of tech recruitment best practises
    • HR or I/O Psychology qualification
    • knowledge of labour relations policies
    • articulate and influential
    • high level of confidentiality and heaps of integrity
    • takes work performance and delivery seriously, but not themselves. A wicked sense of humour is pretty key here at SPAN. As is a love of dogs since our furry kids occasionally join us at the
