    Mid-Level Programmatic Media Trader

    Job description

    Role and mission:

    Using data to enable our clients to reach the right people, at the right time, in the right way...

    Working as part of the SSA Trading Team and reporting to the Programmatic Director you will manage multiple campaigns across multiple markets, utilising your expertise in Programmatic buying to ensure that campaigns in our market are run effectively and insights are shared.

    As a Media Trader, you’ll work closely with the agency partners to setup and manage campaigns for success, providing top level and deep insight reporting and analysis.

    Using our DSP technologies and 1st, 2nd and 3rd party audience data you’ll make buying decisions in order to optimise campaigns in line with team and client KPIs. You’ll be part of a team that ensures efficient and accurate execution of Amnet Client activities, ensuring maximum value and ROI for our clients.

    We are looking for someone who not only ‘gets’ programmatic but is passionate about the industry and likes to talk about it in all forums, be it with the team, internal Agencies (OpCos) or our Key Client itself. You will be a confident speaker not only looking to get the best results for clients and the business but also be able to communicate your successes!

    Key responsibilities are to:

    • Help and be part of the development of AMNET as a market leader
    • Traffic, QA and optimize online display ad campaigns (standard, video & mobile), ensuring KPIs are fully met
    • Creative tag management
    • Provide top level and deep insight reporting and analysis for clients and senior team.
    • Plan and implements conversion and segmentation pixel strategies
    • Gain insight and master the usage of 1st and 3rd party audience data
    • Provide feedback and suggest improvements to current workflow and processes
    • Help building and maintaining internal Knowledge Base and Client Service Portal

    What you’ll need:

    • 1+ years’ experience in RTB/Programmatic environment
    • Experience managing campaigns via Turn, DBM, Mediamath or Appnexus
    • 2+ years in the industry either in a planning/ops/campaign management role
    • Client facing where required
    • Genuine passion for the programmatic and where it is heading
    • Excellent organization and problem solving skills
    • First-class analytical skills
    • Ability to pre-empt issues and be pro-active in producing solutions
    • Essential ‘personal’ qualities valued by Amnet
    • Effective time management skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize
    • Detail oriented
    • Immaculate interpersonal skills
    • Self-esteem, confidence and strength of character – assertive without being aggressive
    • Able to work as an individual and within a flexible team
    • Quick to learn, and keen to develop – there will be plenty of opportunity!
    • Ability to influence people to provide what you require while maintaining good relationships
    • Capacity to work under pressure
