To contribute to the design and application of organisational development, change management, culture transformation strategies/techniques to manage change within the FSCA thereby improving organisational effectiveness.
Key Performance Areas:
Implement the approved Target Operating Model
Support FSCA’s digital transformation initiatives.
Lead organisational structure design (departments, roles, reporting lines)
Develop tailored change management strategies for OD interventions and process re-engineering.
Develop and maintain change management plans and tracking tools.
Conduct change impact assessments, readiness diagnostics, and risk mitigation planning.
Design and roll out toolkits, training materials, and stakeholder communication plans.
Build change capability among leaders and managers.
Support post-implementation stabilisation and performance monitoring.
Monitor adoption, address resistance, and realign plans for lasting impact.
Design and implement culture and engagement surveys, analyse organisational health, and recommend actions.
Drive culture transformation initiatives to embed new behaviours and leadership expectations.
Deliver workshops, leadership sessions, and team interventions to promote collaboration and accountability.
Prepare reports, presentations, and decision-support documents for leadership and governance forums.
