Job description

Qualification Requirements:

• HR related/relevant diploma/degree
• Honours qualification will be an advantage
• At least 3- 5 years working experience as an HR generalist
• Comprehensive understanding of HR theory and its tactical application in a commercial environment.
• A comprehensive understanding of business and HR principles and processes.
• Sound understanding and interpretation of employment relation legislation, i.e. BCEA, LRA, EE, etc.
• Understanding of COIDA and dealing with the compensation fund
• Must have sufficient computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint
• South African citizen of african race
