    Programme Manager Intern

    Job description

    We are hoping to find a keen grad who can help us in the day to day running of CFC projects and admin. The role will be admin heavy but we hope to hand over small projects that will be the responsibility of the grad.

    This internship will help you acquire administrative and project / event management skills. This will be an exciting insight into working in an office as part of a team with some elements of event management, marketing, customer relations, print production, finance and all the elements of working in small office.

    Please note: We are based at on the UCT GSB Campus but this role is with an external specialized unit. Preference will be given to previously disadvantaged individuals.

    • Conscientious and prepared to work longer hours when necessary
    • Trustworthy and reliable with confidential matters

    Key Functions:

    • Supporting the team in daily administrative tasks
    • Assist the Project managers with delivery of CFC public courses, corporate in-house programmes and one-on-one coaching arrangements.
    • Data entry – efficient and ACCURATE data entry
    • On-site logistics during sessions – setting up and closing venues, assisting the course leaders with any requirements and being available to students should they need help.
    • Assisting with marketing events like Roundtable evenings

    Experience:

    • PC skills - should be comfortable using MS Office applications, Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook
    • Client service experience an asset
    • University degree in relevant field
