We are recruiting an Information System Analyst to integrate directly at our client’s location based in Cape Town, South Africa.

Purpose Of The Role

To deliver exceptional 2nd Line support services to the end users and technical support through the resolution of technical queries on various platforms, operating systems, hardware and software

Professional Skills

• Microsoft Operating System / Office Certification(s) will be an asset
• Advanced MS Office skills
• SQL Scripting, coding skills required
• Able to solve simple hardware issues
• iOS, Android advanced user
• Basic Networking skills
• Knowledge of Active Directory, permissions
• ITIL
• Advanced English required

Experience

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in PC support, Server support
• An equivalent combination of education and related experience may also serve to meet these minimum requirements
