Greek Customer Service Consultants (potential earnings of up to R210 000 per year)

Minimum Requirements

• Fluent in Greek and English (verbal and written skills)
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (Operating hours: Monday - Friday between 07h00 - 22h00 with rotational weekends)

Some Of The Key Responsibilities For This Role Include

• Providing customer support for incoming queries from customers in Greek and English
• Communicating with customers to ensure understanding of products/ services Resolving customer's complaints by determining the cause of the problem
• Clarifying, explaining and advising the best solution in solving the customer's problems

The salary on offer after passing the probation would be R160 000 per year (R13 333 per month) with potential earnings of up to R180 000 per year.
