    Senior Human Resources Manager

    Job description

    Job responsibility:

    • Familiar with the local talent market, can establish a recruitment channelï¼›Management of local recruitment channels, resume local talent pool, support business at any time with recruitment needs
      • Participate in manpower planning and budgeting
      • Responsible for recruitment plans to meet the requirements of BU
      • Responsible for optimizing the recruitment channels, the establishment and planning for different positions of effective channels
      • Lead the team to carry out recruitment projects effectively (campus / intern / talents recruiting etc.)
      • Manage the recruitment team to improve the efficiency
      • Regularly review and make relevant analysis reports about manpower recruitment and management as a basis for optimization and decision-making
    • Management of campus recruitment, and South Africa TOP University to maintain good contact, to give priority to the ability to select outstanding students, the company's South African local talent echelon reserve
      • Campus Engagement - Develop and implement campus engagement strategy which serves to tell the Huawei Story on Campus; Drive, manage logistics and execute engaging company presentations and events that drive interest in HUAWEI
      • Relationship Management- Develop visibility and build relationships with key university stakeholders to successfully implement campus engagement strategy that converts high quality candidates to offer accepts
      • Candidate tracking and pipeline management- communicate, track and report progress against candidate generation plans and pipelines; Drive interactions, assessments and interview days to enhance candidate and hiring manager satisfaction; Liaise with University Recruiter – Account Management with candidate pipeline to fulfill Microsoft’s hiring needs and keep local and global stakeholders informed about progress
      • Internship Program Management—Develop and implement consistent intern program that functions as incubator for early in career hiring. Establish university recruiting & intern program goals and objectives tied to overall business goals
    • Local talent entry and cultural integration, daily training of local staff training, as well as business communication, employee relations
      • To keep abreast of the labor and related labor laws, regulations and policies of the state and local provinces and cities, and provide policy advice to employees and departments;
      • Communicate and train through the means of communication, explain the company personnel management policies to guide employees, and guide employees to understand correctly;
      • Responsible for corporate culture promotion, preparation and coordination of company activities, including the unified arrangements of the headquarters of the communication projects and local endemic projects, including but not limited to the family day, the monthly director of staff communication, annual meeting, active corporate atmosphere, Harmonious staff relations, to provide a harmonious environment for the staff;

    Essential experience:

    • Bachelors in Human Resources
    • 6+ years of relevant experience and a BS or BA degree with an emphasis on Human Resources and corporate / in-house Talent Acquisition
    • A Master’s degree can be substituted for 2 years of related experience.
    • Experience as an in-house recruiter in the Telecommunications industry is preferred
