    Customer Care Representative (76201)

    Job description

    We are looking for a Customer care representative for our Fragrance site in Linbro Park South Africa. In this role you will be expected managed the fragrance customer accounts from date customer order is received up to date the order is despatched to the customer. Activities include order creation, monitoring inbound stock, liaising with distribution on materials due for despatch, forecasting, etc.

    In this exciting role you will

    • Actively works to continuously improve processes
    • Provide professional support for colleagues
    • Builds constructive and effective relationships with cross functional teams and stakeholders
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external partners by phone or via email
    • Act as contact person for key internal and external stakeholders for operational topics
    • Proactive co-operation with other work streams within the GBS in overseeing the end-to-end process

    Day to day duties will include

    • Independently create and manage customer orders in line with Givaudan best practices until delivery
    • Support in the creation and manage STO’s until delivery
    • Monitor progress on inbound materials to cover those customer requirements
    • Investigate and answer internal and external queries
    • Participate in internal and external meetings and conference calls
    • Create and manage quality notifications, debit and credit notes and route cause analysis
    • Report on topics directly related to your customer orders, amendments, KPI, etc.
    • Raise awareness in case of issues/problems/deviations to Customer care and Planning manager.
    • Identify areas of process improvements
    • Arrange for master data to be entered correctly into SAP.
    • Assist in maintenance of training materials and job aids
    • Ensure that all relevant Internal Audit & Business Compliance guidelines, controls, policies and procedure are followed
    • Adherence to service levels
    • Providing daily feedback to Customer care and Planning manager

    Your professional profile includes

    • Tertiary qualification in supply chain, customer service or related fields
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer care management and material planning
    • SAP OTC knowledge of which, to have been actively working with it during the last 2 years.
    • Knowledge of PLA and other SAP modules preferred
    • Experience in data management, forecasting and material planning.
    • Good knowledge and application of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
    • Knowledge of reporting
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Possess the highest level organizational skills
    • You are a resourceful, reliable, independent, innovative person with the willingness to assist in cross functional tasks
