PURPOSE:
MAJOR CHALLENGES:
Working across departments and divisions to ensure coordination of solutions and projects Having a good understanding of both the human resource and financial impact of strategic workforce solutions or projects Dealing with strategic workforce solutions within the constraints of the South African labour market.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE:
8 yearsBusiness unit experience in Human resources Relevant industry experience (understanding of the business, commodity, industry and competitors) Understanding of talent management, organisation design, business planning cycle, projects environment and business strategy - Essential/Minimum - Operational
