Accountant at One Digital Media

The Role

• The ideal candidate will be involved with the day-to-day accounting, invoicing as well as reporting. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen. 

Responsibilities (inlcuding but not limited to)

• Debtors maintenance and debt collection (Accounts, Quotes, Invoices, Statements)
• Suppliers and Creditors (Loading bills, Purchase orders, Account reconciliations)
• Bank reconciliations (Petty cash, credit cards, bank accounts)
• Reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (SAIPA registration would be preferred)
• Post Article experience in debtors as well as Xero experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
