Minimum Requirements

Requirements:

• 3 Year Admin Efficiency / Basic Accounting Skills
• Grade 12
• Must be computer literate with sound knowledge of excel.
• People skills

Must be fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)

Duties and Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Submit credit note requests to head office and distribute once processed.
• Verify and/or capture outgoing transport transactions.
• Keep and distribute reports and capture the relevant transactions on Syspro.
• Processing of expenses.
• Create proforma invoices and complete border documents as required.
• Rotation of functions within Admin Department.
• Filing of documents.
• Participating in the weekly plant stock take.
• General Administration
