Requirements: Grade 12 plus National Diploma (NQF level 6) / Bachelor Degree (NQF level 7) in Financial /Supply Chain / Logistics Management or equivalent qualification as recognised by SAQA.
1 - 2 years relevant experience in Asset Management environment. Valid driver license.
Duties :
To render effective and efficient Asset management services within the Department, Updated assets register, administer asset acquisitions, Checking of RLS01 / requisitions and creating asset numbers on SAP, Maintaining and Updating of Asset Register
Updating of AR as per disposals and asset movements (Asset Transfer Forms) perform monthly asset reconciliation and update section 40 for submitting to Provincial Treasury
Compile the Reconciliation File for review and approval, conduct assets verification process Assist in disposal of Assets
Co-ordination, participation and managing of physical asset verification process, Supervise resources (Human, Equipment/Assets) Assess the performance compilation of various reports and statistics. Administer leave.
