A relevant 3-year qualification (Degree or National Diploma) plus at least a total of 3-years administrative with 2-years supervisory experience in a supply chain management environment including that in a purchasing/selling environment; and a Valid Code B or higher Drivers License.
Knowledge of SCM Practices, processes and procedures, Preferential Procurement and financial legislation, Knowledge of LOGIS or similar transversal procurement systems and an electronic quotation system.

Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook (or similar e-mail tool); Good verbal and written communication skills; organisational and planning skills; report writing, problem solving and numeracy skills
