Admin Officer: E-Procurement Solution (EPS Supervisor) Ref No: 110 at Western Cape Education Department (WCED)

REQUIREMENTS :

• A relevant 3-year qualification (Degree or National Diploma) plus at least a total of 3-years administrative with 2-years supervisory experience in a supply chain management environment including that in a purchasing/selling environment; and a Valid Code B or higher Drivers License.
• Knowledge of SCM Practices, processes and procedures, Preferential Procurement and financial legislation, Knowledge of LOGIS or similar transversal procurement systems and an electronic quotation system.

Skills:

• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook (or similar e-mail tool); Good verbal and written communication skills; organisational and planning skills; report writing, problem solving and numeracy skills
