    Admin Officer: Fleet Provisioning (Nkangala District)

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Grade 12 Certificate plus a 3-year National Diploma in Transport Management / Fleet Management / Logistic Management / Public Administration / Management (NQF level 6 as recognised by SAQA)plus 3 years’ working experience. Experience in the field of Transport Management / Fleet Management and Logistic Management. A valid drivers’ licence and computer literacy are essential.

    DUTIES

    • Provisioning of Government owned and Subsidized fleet. Disposal of Government owned fleet. Administer the procurement of government fleet. Administer the registration and licensing of fleet.
    • Administer the disposal of old and redundant motor vehicles. Provide advice to provincial Departments regarding subsidized motor scheme, policies and transversal contracts.
    • Manage the implementation and compliance of all national contracts, policies and other related subsidized prescripts. Respond to audit queries. Supervise and manage the section.
