• You will manage the Imex approval process. Ensure compliance of the Site controls.
• Process all Imex deliveries.
• Recon all Imex deliveries.
• Handle All Imex delivery Queries.
• Process Purchase Orders
• Process Receipt’s  of the site Purchase orders
• Prepare Customer Deals from site
• Prepare contract registers ( Offal Customer’s example)
• Open Vendor Application’s from Site
• Open Customer accounts from Site
• Query resolution
• Issue and prepare Staff hampers
• Stationary Issues and management of the Stationary Store.
• Stock Count assistance
• Stock Count Capturing
• Ensure Stock Count compliance
• General Admin duties
• Ensure compliance to SOP’s
• Assist with Saco (payroll system) reports and submission’s.
• Assist Cost Accountant with Site controls and Recons.
• Approve and recon within the Nominated Delivery days.
• Achievement of no error’s on the Imex control’s and site control’s
• % of accomplishment of Personal Development Plan Goals/objectives and Individual Performance Appraisals
• Achievement of all submissions on/before set deadlines
• Achievement of satisfied customers by ensuring excellent service
• Avoid/limit audit findings

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in Business Admin and FMCG environment
