The Pharmacy Department are looking for an Administration Officer to join their team in a full time capacity. Located at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, the successful candidate will provide a timely, accurate and high standard administrative support to the Pharmacy Department to facilitate effective service delivery.

About The Role
To provide a timely, accurate and high standard administrative support to the Pharmacy Department to facilitate effective service delivery within the Princess Alexandra Hospital.

• Manage the process of purchasing pharmaceutical products and prompt payment of invoices to ensure continuity of supply is maintained.
• Audit and collate prescriptions for the submission of the PBS claim following up incomplete and missing scripts as required.
• Provide confidential executive and secretarial support to the Director & Deputy Directors of Pharmacy.
