Minimum Requirements    

•  Matric
•  0 - 2 years Administration experience
•  Good time management
•  Working under pressure
•  MS Office knowledge
•  Good typing skills

Duties & Responsibilities    

•  Capturing work orders
•  Generating work orders
•  Maintain current filing structure
•  Review work orders and invoices, ensuring they correspond
•  Query work orders when needed, dealing with contractors and contractor financial departments
