    Administrator

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Grade 12
    • South African Citizen
    • Clear criminal record 
    • Reside in the Pmb Area[Hilton]
    • 2-3 Years administration experience 
    • Strong organisational skills 
    • Computer literate [Word /Excel/ Outlook]
    • Own vehicle with a valid unendorsed drivers license 
    • Excellent communication skills 
    • Excellent report writting skills

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Responnd to and action email correspondence 
    • Attend to queries recieved from employees
    • Administration of monthly wage report 
    • Compiling monthly client invoices
    • Managing and controlling of company stock and assets 
    • Overall management of equipment control sheets 
    • Coordinate and delegate tasks as requested by the client
