Agile Scrum Master at Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd

Purpose of the job:

As an Agile Scrum Master Specialist, you manage projects with product owners by driving project deliverables as the specialist in AGILE methodology by incorporating scrums, sprint planning and backlogs. Log project Gate processes and drive approval. Develop timelines and support administration for product owner.

Main objectives of the position:

• Manage projects with product owners by driving project deliverables and co-ordinate teams
• Drive gate process, project administration, stand up meeting and lead post-mortems
• Facilitate product backlog, sprint planning, sprint backlog, sprint, and potentially shippable product
• Upload projects on digital platform and document all aspects of AGILE followed
• Manage timelines for projects with product owners to meet project outcome and deliverables on time and in full
• Lead project sprint review based on project methodology requirement (AGILE/Waterfall)
• Lead cross-functional support meetings for all categories
• Removing obstacles for successful implementation of projects
• Delivery project per agreed timeline
• Responsible for migration from Waterfall to AGILE project management method

Qualification Requirements    
Qualifications required:

• AGILE Certified Scrum Master & Product owner
• Green Belt
• MS Projects
• Applicable bachelor’s degree in project management 3-4 Years

Experience Requirements    
Work Experience required:

• FMCG Project management with AGILE experience 5 Years
• LSS Greenbelt 2 Years
• Work experience in FMCG environment 3-5 Years
