An undergraduate Qualification (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources Management / Labour Relations Management / LLB as recognized by SAQA. A valid Driver License.
Four (4) years’ experience of which two (2) years must be functional experience in Labour Relations environment and two (2) years at a supervisory level.
DUTIES :
Coordinate Labour Relations cases in the fund (i.e. grievances, misconduct and Labour disputes).
Facilitate the implementation the Implementation of Labour Relations, policies, guidelines, procedures and provide advice therefore.
Coordinate and represent the department in disciplinary hearings, conciliations, arbitration and bargaining chambers (depending on the complexity of the case).
Manage resources (Human, Finance, Equipment / Assets) in the section.
