    Assistant Director: Employee Relations

    REQUIREMENTS :

    • An undergraduate Qualification (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources Management / Labour Relations Management / LLB as recognized by SAQA. A valid Driver License.
    • Four (4) years’ experience of which two (2) years must be functional experience in Labour Relations environment and two (2) years at a supervisory level.

    DUTIES :

    • Coordinate Labour Relations cases in the fund (i.e. grievances, misconduct and Labour disputes).
    • Facilitate the implementation the Implementation of Labour Relations, policies, guidelines, procedures and provide advice therefore.
    • Coordinate and represent the department in disciplinary hearings, conciliations, arbitration and bargaining chambers (depending on the complexity of the case).
    • Manage resources (Human, Finance, Equipment / Assets) in the section.
