Assistant Director: Human Resource Planning & Information
Grade 12 plus an appropriate undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) in Human Resource Management, Public Management or equivalent qualification as recognised by SAQA.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Human Resource Planning at a Supervisory level. PERSAL Training Certificate/Results. A valid driver’s licence (with the exception of people with disabilities).
DUTIES :
Coordinate the development and Review of Human Resource Plan. Coordinate the conducting of Human Resource Assessment. Coordinate the development and implementation of Employment Equity Plan.
Coordinate Employee satisfaction survey and Exit interviews. Supervise subordinates and utilise resources (Human and Physical) in accordance with relevant directives and Legislation.
