A National Senior Certificate / equivalent plus an appropriate undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) in Human Resource Management or development / Public Management / Public Administration or equivalent qualification in the relevant field / area as recognized by the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA).
A minimum of three (03) years’ experience in Human Resource Management at a Supervisory level. PERSAL Certificate / Results.
