Associate Growth Specialist, Curation at Impact

Your Role at Impact:

Our ideal candidate is a professional with demonstrable٫ and creative skills, with experience communicating with customers. Your role will be around setting up, supporting, reviewing, enhancing, and approving all publisher and program listings. In addition, you will curate lists of curated publishers based on retail and seasonal content that is shared in our weekly recommendation emails and on the Discover homepage. An understanding of A/B testing and experience with an email platform is a plus. You should also be detail-oriented and able to work proficiently under pressure.

What You'll Do:

As an Associate Growth Specialist for Curation at impact.com, you’ll get to curate publisher content and support weekly recommendation emails and Discover Homepage collections. You will work closely with Growth and with the Marketing Governance team to answer questions related to Discover and publisher listings. You will support all requests to edit or enhance publisher data and you will review, enhance and approve all daily productive new publisher listings as well as approve all changes made to publisher listings after sign-up. In addition, you will support email campaigns around improving the quality and consistency of our Mkpl listings. 

You will be tasked with working with team members from different departments (Growth and Marketing Governance) to help support curating listings, curated lists, our weekly recommendation emails, and Discover homepage content. 

• More specifically, you’ll get to
• Review and approve daily productive listings to add to Discover
• Approve edits made to listings 
• Respond to requests from Mkpl governance team around visibility of pubs in Discover
• Work with Publisher Specialist to curate lists of publishers for weekly recommendation emails and Discover homepage content
• Provide feedback on the content review tool and Discover
• Support communication strategies through email and in-app campaigns
• Continually track and report on productive publishers in Discover 

What You Have:

• Willingness to learn html or experience in html as an added bonus - experience with platforms like sendgrid
• Growth driven and analytical with the ability to continuously test to drive results
• Experience with research and planning
• Verifiable experience with Google Suite (docs, sheets, slides, data studio), Confluence, Slack, and WordPress
• Basic knowledge of social media
• Experience working on an email platform a major plus
• Comprehension of and familiarity with the affiliate marketing industry
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Proactive, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Time management and organizational expert
• associate degree in a relevant field
