    Brand Manager

    About the job

    • As the Home or Personal Care Brand Manager you will report into a Marketing Manager. You are the custodian of driving short and medium term sustainable, profitable growth for a portfolio of brands within a number of categories and/or segments, whilst building the portfolio for the future.
    • You will be responsible for growing some of the most iconic brands in the Home & Personal Care portfolio whilst identifying and planning for growth into other spaces. You will achieve this by using deep consumer and shopper insights to craft brand/s that consumers love, and by developing compelling brand plans that are delivered through exceptional brand experiences in terms of innovation, communication and activation. A true entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to execute and implement the plans is key.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO
    1. Develop & implement a coordinated integrated marketing plan that grows your portfolio
    2. Produce bold and commercially compelling ideas capable of practical execution across all functions
    3. Day to day management of a portfolio of brands/SKUs, from demand, pricing, forecasting, sales, budgets etc.
    4. Own and build the brands in both the commercial and consumer space
    5. Deliver growth in key existing and new segments and/or categories relevant to your brand/s
    6. Forge strong internal and external partnerships, with colleagues, suppliers and key stakeholders to drive growth
    7. Drive thought and people leadership within your space
    8. You will work with key stakeholders in the Marketing centers of excellence on pricing, research and media
    9. End to end ownership of your brand portfolio (strategy, ideation, feasibility through to execution)
    10. Own & deliver the numbers
    11. Develop and grow an intern

    What we are looking for in this role

    •  Business marketing mindset: Knowing and understanding the income statement, and how to grow it
    •  An enquiring mind and sense of curiosity
    •  Someone with a strong view based on fact and insights
    •  Consumer- & shopper-centric: use insights and data to make decisions
    •  A business owner who can think BIG and be an entrepreneur, be efficient and execute the plans
    •  The ability to get down and deliver on day to day execution whilst still thinking big and strategically
    •  Great project management skills and someone who delivers on time
    •  Be agile and collaborative with a strong CAN-DO attitude
    •  Someone who can lead and grow people around them, whilst still developing themselves
    •  Route to market know-how
    •  Marketing qualification relevant to a brand manager role with at least 4+ years’ experience in Brand Management
    •  Experience managing brands in home & personal care
