You will
Be responsible for strategy and financials for business services
Oversee business services throughout their lifecycles
Handle business service processes
Run business analytics
Implement business services improvements and projects
To be successful in the role you must have
Education: Graduate degree
A minimum of 5 years of operational experience in a similar job role
The following behavioral competences and skills, namely adapting and responding to change, adhering to principles and values, analyzing, audit and assessment skills, change and improvement management skills, crafting and innovating, English skills, formulating strategies and concepts, knowledge sharing and collaboration skills, learning and researching, argumentation skills, planning and organizing, presenting and communicating information, process management skills, project management skills, risk management skills, and writing and reporting.

Have the following job role proficiencies (ability to):
Handle service strategies and financials, handle services throughout lifecycle, handle service processes, handle business analytics, handle service improvements, coordinate management review activities, conduct risk assessments and develop an internal assessment plan, plan, lead, and execute internal assessments, including investigations, propose and ensure corrective actions to mitigate / eliminate risks, present internal assessment results to management, and optimize team performance.
The position is open to hiring in any country in MMEA.
