Business Services Improvement Manager at Ericsson

You will

• Be responsible for strategy and financials for business services

• Oversee business services throughout their lifecycles

• Handle business service processes

• Run business analytics

• Implement business services improvements and projects

To be successful in the role you must have

• Education: Graduate degree

• A minimum of 5 years of operational experience in a similar job role

Have the following job role proficiencies (ability to):

Handle service strategies and financials, handle services throughout lifecycle, handle service processes, handle business analytics, handle service improvements, coordinate management review activities, conduct risk assessments and develop an internal assessment plan, plan, lead, and execute internal assessments, including investigations, propose and ensure corrective actions to mitigate / eliminate risks, present internal assessment results to management, and optimize team performance.

The position is open to hiring in any country in MMEA.
