Grade 12. Call Centre Support/Contact Centre and/or Business Process Support Certificate. Fully Bi-Lingual (Afrikaans/English), and one local language, viz., IsiZulu or Sesotho, will be an added advantage. Computer Literate.
Excellent communication, telephone etiquette and customer service skills. Passionate, motivated, and friendly individual. Attention to detail, office management, and excellent administration skills.
Knowledge of the Midvaal Local Municipality and municipal area will be a strong recommendation. 2 years of relevant experience in call centre/customer service or similar pressurised environment dealing with complaints and inquiries will be an added advantage
DUTIES
Provide a comprehensive call centre agent function related to receiving and dispatching calls, registering complaints, and providing feedback to customers. Reach and exceed goals set by the municipality.
Enhance customer service experience in a professional and polite manner. Ensure compliance with the municipality’s service charter and turn-around times on complaints.
Perform any other related Ad Hoc tasks and duties as requested or required by management from time to time.
