    Chief of Staff to the CEO

    Description Of The Role And Purpose Of The Job

    KPMG has experienced a period of growth as a direct result of increased efficiency, productivity, and teamwork. To continue this trajectory, we’re searching for a highly talented Chief of Staff to report directly to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and work closely with our executive team.

    The purpose of the role is to support the CEO, and on occasion the COO, with various aspects required to execute on strategic and operational priorities, including presentations, interactions with colleagues, and oversight and guidance to projects of high importance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Providing leadership with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork.
    • Planning, coordinating, producing presentations, and keeping minutes of key meetings
    • Responding to inquiries on behalf of the CEO.
    • Overseeing strategic business initiatives from ideation to implementation.
    • Providing support and oversight for special projects and initiatives
    • Assist with external stakeholder management, in collaboration with the Communications team
    • Assist with KPMG EMA, Global and Africa reporting requirements (which includes data gathering and analysis)
    • Liaison management between the Executive office and internal stakeholders i.e. partners and colleagues

    Minimum requirements to apply for the role (including qualifications and experience):

    • Honours Degree in an Accounting, Business Administration or similar field
    • 5+ years in a business or management role
    • Experienced project manager
