    Client Services Manager: BluNova

    Purpose

    Ensuring that clients receive exceptional service while AltBureau’s sales and service goals are supported enhancing our organization’s growth through positive client-to-business engagement. Helping our business prioritise existing customers and bring new clients on board. The client services manager will be tasked with maintaining current clients and growing our customer base, keeping accurate correspondence records, meeting regularly with management, updating client details, developing customer service policies, and recommending different product options to clients.

    The client services manager should provide timely solutions to clients’ problems, build sustainable and continuous relationships with clients, show initiative and drive when dealing with client requests, and assist in developing marketing material and sales strategies

    Responsibilities

    • Strive towards the achievement of client service objectives through the contribution of cli service information and strategic plans.
    • Support cross functional work areas targeted to resolve issues raised by clients
    • Implements process and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
    • Onboarding of new clients
    • Carrying out after sales service and managing business relationships with existing clients
    • Developing strategies for improving customer services
    • Developing effective communication platforms for clients and staff.
    • Inspiring repeat business from clients.
    • Conducting customer service workshops and presentations.
    • Monitoring and measuring client satisfaction.
    • Providing technical product information and general assistance regarding client queries 
    • Liaising with different departments about client queries.
    • Offering advice to clients on services and products.
    • Dealing with client requests and troubleshooting problems.

    Requirements

    Education

    • Bachelor of Commerce in related field

    Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience within a similar role
    • Experience in Client Service or Key Account Management environment essential
