Salary: Grade 1 – R549 192 to R629 121 per annum (OSD)

Requirements:
Basic R425 qualification (i.e., Diploma or Degree in Nursing) or an equivalent qualification that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
(This dispensation applies only to Clinical Programme Coordinator posts where maintaining SANC registration is an inherent requirement.)
Registration with SANC as a Professional Nurse.
A minimum of seven (7) years’ appropriate or recognisable experience in nursing after registration as a Professional Nurse with SANC in General Nursing.
Duties:
Provide programme, technical, and clinical support to sub-structures, district hospitals, and PHC teams to implement HAST programmes in line with strategic plans.
Support Community-Oriented Primary Care (COPC) and Population Hub initiatives aligned with the Vision 2030 framework.
Analyse HIV and TB data to strengthen and monitor HAST programmes.
Deliver in-service training on annual registers, indicators, and relevant reporting tools.
Conduct clinical support visits, audits, and assist with internal compliance and auditor preparations.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs) to enhance HAST services.
Monitor and evaluate programme goals, including Infection Prevention and Control (IPC), staff wellness, HIV/AIDS/STI/TB, mental health, chronic disease management, and Ideal Clinic status.
Lead health and wellness events and foster partnerships with community stakeholders and NPOs to strengthen service delivery.
