    Contracts Amendment Coordinator

    Job Overview

    Applying changes to introduce or cancel specifications or terms of an existing contract, while leaving intact its overall purpose and effect. Once amendments are drafted the amendments are sent to various stakeholders we engage in negotiations until the amendment is agreed and signed by all parties.

    Essential Functions

    • Preparation of Contract Amendments that are assigned

    • Distribution of Contract Amendments that are assigned

    • Establish and maintain effective project/ site communications

    • Monitor, follow up and track amendments distributed

    • Provide status reports to project teams

    • Ensure accurate completion and maintenance of internal systems, databases

    • Serve as customer point of contact

    Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

    • Good knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements; i.e., ICH GCP and relevant regulations and guidelines

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language

    • Results and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output

    • Good problem-solving skills

    • Good planning, time management and prioritization skills

    • Attention to detail and accuracy in work

    • Good software and computer skills, including MS Office applications including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel

    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines set.

    • Experience with a ticketing system is a plus.

    Qualifications

    • Grade 12 with 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative environment or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
