Contracts and Pricing Specialist at Diageo

Job Description :

Support commercial finance and commercial team to establish the right processes for the management and processing of customer contracts, rebates, pricing and claims including overall oversight and governance.

• Catalogue and maintain all customer contracts
• Customer masterdata support (i.e. linking accounts) and creation of customer budgets
• Draft, Maintain and ensure compliance against all rebate and pricing mandates and controls (SOA, CARM and GAR)
• Customer trading term management –
• Processing customer rebates;
• Tracking and reporting on rebates and ESD;
• Verification and payment of rebates and
• Rebates and ESD accruals and reconciliations.

Pricing coordination –

• Manage annual price increase process;
• Maintain and administer pricing including loading of pricing, new SKU pricing and verifying and working with master data team to ensure integrity of pricing masterdata;
• Investigating pricing queries; and
• Processing of deal into the system by Customer.
• Co-op spend tracking and management.
• Advise and support Commercial Finance and Commercial teams in respect of financial implications of trading terms and pricing through monthly reporting on % spend, adherence to controls and mandates and support on customer profitability and M&E analysis.
