Job description

• Position to support the current Group Contracts Manager, who supports the Group’s negotiation and administration of various contracts, including software license, software maintenance, sub-contractor, and non-disclosure agreements.

Minimum requirements

• University degree in law, business or legal administration
• Position requires an interest in contracts and an articulate, self-motivated individual who possesses strong organization skills with a great attention to detail.
• The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels of the Group. 
• The ability to prioritize, strong verbal and written skills are also required in this position. 
• A legal background and/or experience in contract procurement specifically involving software licensing, would be a definite asset
