will be working as a Controlling Analyst ELSE, and will be the part of Electrification Business Area for Services division based in Longmeadow, South Africa. In this role you will be reporting to Senior Sales Controller and will provide financial expertise to the organization by compiling and analyzing metrics, identifying trends and problems, communicating information to relevant groups, and recommending actions to improve financial performance for specific factory / manufacturing site.
Your responsibilities
- Operational partnership: Partner directly with the Local Division Manager to drive strategy and execution to deliver on profitable growth target.
- Compliance and Integrity: Direct responsibility for the accuracy of all financial books, records and reports for the ELSE Division in South Africa. Drive compliance and integrity throughout the Country in support of the Local Controller and LDM.
- Planning cycle: Support the APP process for the Division.
- Partner with the ELSE Local Controller and Local Division Manager for South Africa to operationalize financial targets and challenges.
- Direct ownership for develop and execute the financial forecasting process for the ELSE Division in South Africa supporting the LDM to prepare an accurate and timely forecast.
- OHS and Integrity: Support ensure a safe working environment, continuous HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) improvement processes, integrity performance and Group standard.

Your background
- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or accounting is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience or alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated performance and results; in the areas of business, finance, operational controlling and/or accounting.
- Strong costing knowledge and understanding of service accounting and revenue recognition, Microsoft Office/computer skills and expertise in APP reporting tools.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English language is a must.
