Cost & Mangement Accountant - KZN at Pollock & Associates

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry, focusing on Bond Store and Tender management.
• SYSPRO knowledge is compulsory.
• Advanced knowledge of MS EXCEL and WORD is essential.
• A team player who is deadline-driven.

The Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Bond and Rebate stores (bond and rebate registers, releases between warehouses and compilation of relevant documentation).
• Oversee and manage daily inventory cycle counts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyse variances between actuals and expected costs.
• Review, analyse, evaluate, and complete tender documents, ensure that technical
• terms comply with the relevant standards and coordinate the Tender Team.
• Maintain, review and update customer contract pricing.
• Assist with IT queries.
• Complete Export documentation.
• Complete and submit clearing instructions for Import Shipments.
