    CRM - Platforms

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Professional expierence of Dynamics 365 for Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Portals
    • Professional expierence in customizing Dynamics 365
    • Experience within Power Platform (Power Apps, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
    • Experience with CSS, JavaScript, and a good understanding of UI/UX concepts and design frameworks.
    • Professional expierence in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes
    • Good understanding of DevOps
    • Agile project methodology
    • Process Visualization Knowledge
    • Ability to deal with conflict and goal-oriented communication (in German and English)
    • Process thinking
    • Moderation skills
