DESCRIPTION

We're on the lookout for a Customer Relations Lead in Gauteng.

As a Customer Relations Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Administration
- Leadership and Team Management
- Client/Customer Satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
- 4–5 years’ experience within a Call Centre environment and with first line management
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Diploma or Degree/NQF level 6 or 7
- Computer hardware and software knowledge
- Multi-tasking
- Organised
- Professionalism
- Customer service skills
- Problem-solving
- Team leadership
- Communication skills (verbal & written)
