    Customer Relations Lead - Cic

    DESCRIPTION

    We're on the lookout for a Customer Relations Lead in Gauteng.

    As a Customer Relations Lead, you will be responsible for:

    • Administration
    • Leadership and Team Management
    • Client/Customer Satisfaction

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 4–5 years’ experience within a Call Centre environment and with first line management
    • Matric (Grade 12)
    • Diploma or Degree/NQF level 6 or 7
    • Computer hardware and software knowledge
    • Multi-tasking
    • Organised
    • Professionalism
    • Customer service skills
    • Problem-solving
    • Team leadership
    • Communication skills (verbal & written)
