Customer Support Agent at Scope Markets

The role:

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. How you can make a difference:

• Assisting and performing KYC for SMSA Clients, ensuring regulatory requirements are being met.
• Identifying and enhancing internal procedures, systems and controls.
• Supporting all SMSA Clients via chat/email/phone as per business requirements.
• Supporting other internal departments with any SMSA Client inquiries.
• Completing any ad-hoc projects as instructed by the Line Manager.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
• Document and track customer interactions, feedback, and issues.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferrable
• Fluent in English, both in writing and verbally, any other local language is a benefit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer oriented
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office and Computer literacy
• Works independently and as a part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
