    Job Specification.

    Manage the Service Centre Outbound and Customer Service functions to achieve the effective and efficient delivery of goods according to established targets, delivery of return back to the customer and drive a customer centric culture to achieve customer service level targets.

    • Manage the efficient delivery of material to customers
    • Manage the customer service function
    • Manage the coordination of customer deliveries, collections and returns
    • Monitor and execute inventory control and safekeeping practices
    • Implement and maintain compliance to relevant safety policies and procedures
    • Manage and maintain adherence to performance metrics and implements improvements
    • Deal with customers and enable customer centricity
