    Data Administrator - Johannesburg

    Main purpose / objective of the position:

    • The main purpose of this role is to support and assist the Account Manager and Systems Manager on the CBRE Excellerate CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) System.
    • The priority of this position is to ensure the Client Data Integrity (of the clients assigned) by ensuring the categorization of the Work Order data, Suppliers / Contractors, Cost, Reporting, PPM set-up and release according to the correct CAFM set-up (in conjunction with the CBRE Excellerate Systems Manager).
    • Secondary responsibility is that of 1st line support between the installed CBRE Excellerate CAFM System and the CBRE Excellerate Facilities Management clients and their Contractors/ Suppliers.
    • This role plays a major role in end-user support, on-going development, and the implementation and support of the CBRE Excellerate CAFM System.

    Decision making authority:
    This position has the authority to:

    • The incumbent normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments.
    • Has the authority to execute all Key Performance Areas as stated on this form and in line with the Company approval framework and client policies and procedures.

    Experience / Education:

    • Grade 12
    • 2-3 year’s relevant experience in a call centre and end-user support
    • Experience within the Facilities Management field is preferable.
    • CAFM system experience.

    Skills required:

    • Advanced Computer literacy (MS Office – Excel Advanced, Word, PowerPoint)
    • CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system
    • Cognos Reporting Studio
    • SQL experience
    • Preparation of reports, including dashboards
    • Administration skills
    • Communication skills
    • Email etiquette
    • Telephone etiquette

    Knowledge Required:

    • Financial principles / processes (costings)
    • Contract Management (SLA’s, suppliers, etc.).
    • Procurement process – works orders, quotes, etc.
