Description

• Capture data from available records into the required formats, such as databases, tables, order, and spreadsheets.
• Verify and query missing data and errors.
• Ensure that all data is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Identify and correct errors and bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.
• Liaise with and follow up with employees within the company as well as with customers to collect information.
• Gather personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients.
• Emailing through information to identify pertinent data. Provide support to other staff members as needed.

Requirements

• Grade 12
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
• Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
