Data Operations Officer (12 Month Contract On Site) at IQbusiness

The Job's Mission:

The purpose of this role is to enable the delivery of on-time, inspiring, accurate personalized development reports, development recommendations and development content.

Key Activities & Accountabilities:

• Support the development of assessment tools and personalized reports by designing and delivering the collection, analysis and effective flow of data to generate scores, personalized recommendations and targeted learning journeys
• Enable the automation of accurate, on-time report production by consolidating, reviewing, testing and facilitating data flow between different types of assessment tools, reports and developmental recommendations
• Contribute to the delivery of on-time and accurate reports by ensuring scoring and data processing is completed according to project time lines and reports are distributed through the appropriate channels

Analyse data to ensure reports are producing relevant and accurate insights, including:

• Updating and applying norms
• Changing scoring and reporting algorithms
• Improving field descriptions and variable descriptions
• Conducting core analyses to contribute to validation studies and research
• Providing feedback regarding metatext and personalisation

Deliver and improve the visualization and delivery of data including:

• Portals
• Dashboards
• Reports
• Learning journeys
• Other  systems, such as SalesForce

Requirements:

• Relevant degree of diploma
• 3-5 years work experience with a background in data and reporting
